Braces For Kids
Children should be evaluated for orthodontic treatment by the age of 7 years of age when they have a mix of primary (baby) teeth and permanent teeth. As the child’s “6 year molars” come in, things like crowding and crossbites can be identified. With early detection, Dr Sharma can guide the growth and path of the teeth as they erupt into the mouth. Early treatment can simplify the orthodontic process and decrease the time your child has to spend in orthodontic treatment.
